WHere is an easy version of a cocktail featured on our latest cocktail list. This is a large-volume pre-mixed that is loaded full of tastes associated with Christmas time, rendering it excellent for hosting a celebration. Save the extra citrus syrup to use in breakfast cocktails, puddings, or for more rounds of this cocktail.

Yields 10 guests
Ingredients for the Clementine Cordial (yields 750ml)
300ml newly squeezed clementine juice
200ml fresh lemon juice
500g caster sugar
To make the Cocktail (makes 850ml, enough for 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml classic gin
150ml peach liqueur
200ml citrus syrup (see above)
A few cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, to finish
Directions
For the Cordial: Put every ingredients in a pot, bring to a simmer, agitating so the sugar melts. Then, turn off the stove and leave to cool entirely. Transfer into an sealable bottle, cap it keeping it in the refrigerator, it will last for about a month.
To make Premix: Pour all the liquid ingredients in a sizeable container, allow it to infuse for 60 minutes, then filter it preferably using muslin, making it fully clarified.
When ready to serve: Pour 85ml of your premix into a cocktail shaker packed with ice, and agitate lightly for a minute until cold. Filter to a frosted cocktail glass or a similar vessel, top with the cranberries and complete it with a light spray of the essential oil over the drink.
