Development plans for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally contained in this latest document release seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated development schemes to build upon the substantial island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and features a legend labelling various areas of the land.
Alongside this are what appear to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, including designs for dock shelters.
